Although it would be easy to say we can do "anything," we realize we need to emulate our strenghs-based philosophy.  Therefore, these are the services we're confident in offering our clients.  If you need other services, we would be happy to recommend another resource that excels in what you need.

Employee/Leadership Assessments

We are proud to provide quality assessments from Wiley (formerly Inscape Publishing) that are research-based tools offering helpful insights to the way people think and behave.  Some of the more popular ones requested by our clients include:

Work Climate Assessments

We hear all the time...employee engagement is critical to overall organizational success.  Our Work Climate Assessments offer your organization the chance to understand how engaged your employees are and from the follow-up discussions, we can help build an effective strategy to build an even better work environment.  Don't just take an assessment to take an assessment.  Instead, realize the benefits that come from this information and incorporate it into your organization's overall scorecard.

Action Learning

Created in a physics lab in Cambridge University, Action Learning is a powerful leadership development tool that truly challenges a leader's traditional methodology of solving problems.  By design, Action Learning, uses a process that focuses on a real problem and uses reflective questioning skills.  Key elements include:
  • A real, tangible problem
  • Group of 4-8 diverse and committed individuals
  • Reflective questioning and listening
  • Accountability  for action
  • Commitment for learning
  • Action Learning Coach
Constructive Conflict

Who likes conflict?  No one.  Yet that doesn't mean we should leave our employees feeling helpless and alone when conflict erupts.  Our  Constructive Conflict training provides the necessary tools for employees to communicate the gap in expectations and how to work toward a plausible solution.  Based on the principles from the best-seller book, Crucial Accountability, this 4-hour program breaks down the often-difficult task of holding a conflict conversation into a manageable task.  Once the critical insights are covered, employees practice the skills of describing the gap, making it safe, and establshing a gameplan for follow-up.
